What About Other Religions -
Islam, Hindu, Paganism, etc.?

Many claim that Christ, Mohammed, Buddha, etc. are all prophets promoting the same God, even though the teaching may be different. They believe that if a person is faithful to their own beliefs they will arrive at eternal bliss or heaven. Many of these people quite often pointed out that Christianity is only 2000 years old, and that their religion is much older.

What these promoters fail to realize is that Jesus Christ is the same God that created the heavens and the earth, as well as all humans. It was Jesus that walked with Adam and Eve in the garden of Eden before they sinned. Jesus was the one who spoke to Moses at the burning bush and called Himself, "I AM THAT I AM." Jesus Christ was one of the three travellers that visited Abraham just before the destruction of Sodom. (John 1:1-3; Col 1:13-17; Exo. 3:14; Gen. 18.)

As Jesus Christ has been around from the days of eternity (Col. 1:15-17; Prov. 8:22-30.), where were these so called prophets of Islam, Hindu, etc. when Jesus created this whole world, everything in it, and the very first two human beings? They did not yet exist. And the gods that they worship and serve had not yet been thought up. In fact, Jesus created these human beings that became prophets of false gods, hundreds of years after Adam and Eve, the first human beings, were created.

How can these prophets who were created by Jesus Christ, claim to be equal with Him? How can the creation or creature be equal to the Creator? They simply cannot. All of these false religions may have good points interwoven into their beliefs, but this does not make them good or correct. For Jesus Christ is the Truth, the Life and the Way that leads us to heaven (John 14:6.).

In His Word, the Bible, Jesus warned that there would be many false prophets, and even false Christs (Matt. 7:15; 24:11, 24; Mark 13:22; 2 Peter 2:1; 1 John 4:1; 2 Cor. 11:3, 4.). He admonishes all to test every spirit, and to compare everything to the law and the testimony - in other words the whole Bible. If they speak not according to the whole of the Bible, there is no light in them (Isa. 8:20.).
